Benjamin L. Ervin is a technical staff member in the Chemical and Biological Defense Systems Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.' His current focus is on determining cost-effective response strategies to chemical and biological attacks for operational facilities, focusing primarily on measuring sensor/system detection and maintenance performance, data fusion, and advanced algorithms.' He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in General Engineering and his Ph.D. in Systems and Entrepreneurial Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.'
Pizza will be served after the seminar.
