This course will help you get the most from your in-house laboratory. The emphasis will be on mammalian hematology (primarily dog and cat); however, we will review avian and reptile hematology as well. By the end of this course you will:
- Feel very comfortable with red and white blood cell identification and data interpretation.
- Make outstanding blood smears.
- Perform an in-house reticulocyte count.
- Interpret all aspects of the CBC.
