Registration is open to all municipal, county, and township Clerks and Deputy Clerks in the United States and Canada.
If you are registering for the Institute, you should attend all sessions in order to receive credit towards International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) certification. Attendance will be taken at each day's programs. Institute attendees must complete the required assignment and have it approved by the Institute Director to receive credits. Attendance at the MCI Annual Meeting is not required as part of the Institute. If you are registering for the Academy, you may not attend Institute sessions except when the two groups are meeting jointly.
Clerks who have not attended the Institute or Academy previously usually begin with Year 1 of the Institute. If you have questions, contact Elaine Wolff.
People attend the Academy after they have completed the three years of the Institute.
