FastTrac TechVenture is a comprehensive business planning program that addresses the needs of start-up entrepreneurs who are refining their business ideas, writing their business plans and seeking to grow sustainable high-impact companies. The program combines instruction from experienced business professionals, one-on-one business mentoring, peer learning, and ample tools to help entrepreneurs produce all the elements of an effective business. EnterpriseWorks is offering this course through the newly established EDA University Center at the University of Illinois. The course will be lead by Amara Andrews, certified FastTrac instructor. The course is 12 weeks; casual dinner is served at 5:15 pm every session to allow time for networking. The course is being subsidized through the University Center, but students will be required to purchase books for the course totaling $100 before beginning the course. Seats are limited.
