The Illinois Junior Academy of Science will host the 2012 State Science Fair on Saturday, May 5 from 8 am to 12 pm, at Assembly Hall. Judges are needed to review more than 1000 projects. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided. Please contact Bob Coverdill of I-STEM (coverdil@illinois.edu) to volunteer. All of the projects are open for public viewing from 12-2 pm. A number of local schools have students entered in the competition.
