Career questions like these bothering you? Get them answered at the Student Professional Awareness Conference 2013.
SPAC 2013 is organized by IEEE and it will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013. This conference is geared towards all engineering majors who would love to prepare themselves better for their career ahead. We have invited 3 speakers from various backgrounds (a speaker from IEEE, a professor from our school and the co-founder of a start-up, Epiworks, who is also a UIUC alumnus) to speak about the different career paths which are possible when engineering students graduate. Qualcomm will also be holding a professional development workshop during the conference. The workshop is geared toward students like you who are going to enter the workforce and which will highlight the changes which you can expect. There will be a networking dinner after the event for you to mingle around with our corporate contacts. Also, this is event is absolutely free!
This wonderful opportunity is only limited to 200 students and such, we encourage you to register immediately on our website: http://ieee.illinois.edu/spac. You also have the option of uploading your resumes during registration, which will be given directly to our corporate sponsors. More details can be found on our website as well. Hope to see you there!
