Attendees will learn how to schedule and edit an appointment (including recurring); work with color categories for all Outlook elements such as calendar items, messages, contacts and tasks. We will create additional calendars, use calendar groups, and learn how to share a calendar with others (including sending a snapshot of your calendar via email).
