When you bring in your I-20 or DS-2019 during this time, an ISSS advisor will issue a new travel endorsement immediately.* If you are unable to make these times, please drop off your document during regular office hours, and it will be ready the next business afternoon.

*Please note: If your document needs to be updated or no longer has space for a new travel endorsement, you will need to apply for a new I-20 or DS-2019. ISSS requires five business days to process your application, so please plan accordingly.
