Yasin Al-Qubati, an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and General Secretary of the Yemen Society of Leprosy and Tuberculosis Elimination, has treated many of the people in his country, but changing times presented him with a new role as a voice for the pursuit of social justice in his complex and troubled country. Dr. Al-Qubati is now President of the Yemen Center for Transitional Justice and Head of the War Victims Relief Unit. He will discuss his experiences and the damage and human tragedies he has witnessed firsthand. A panel discussion and reception will follow his talk. This program is free and open to the public.
