    The sexual health series is a biweekly workshop focused on topics in sexual and reproductive well-being, in collaboration with McKinley Sexual Health Peers. It is held every other Tuesday in the Women’s Resource Center from 6-7:30pm. This workship will discuss how to identify values, determine what we want and how we can apply healthy deci-sion making to relationships.

    Dancing Mindfulness uses the art form of dance as the primary medium of discovering mindful awareness. Participants will realize the rhythmic qualities of their breathing and heartbeats, to discover the healing, lyrical properties in even the most simple movements.

Join us in discussing the dynamics of healthy relationships in the LGBTQ community and hear the inspiring stories of those who have come out and what they learned about themselves and the ones they love.
