            <description>This workshop is part of a two-part series to help entrepreners prepare SBIR applications. Understand how to calculate indirect and overall budget proposals for a Phase I application and some of the parameters that go into a Phase II budget. The UI Credit Union will speak about their new loan program at the end as an option to help with cash flow for those between Phase I and Phase II grants. The second workshop will take place on May 30. Lunch will be served.</description>
