How do you ask a stranger for a favor? Whether you are organizing a conference panel, applying for postdocs, or conducting informational interviews, you may need to send emails or make calls to people you don’t know asking if they can help. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to maximize effectiveness while minimizing awkwardness.
