Organizeing Funding Advisory Board
OFAB is seeking your ideas & Feedback
Are there any supplies that your RSO doesn’t have access to? Would your RSO benefit from items made available by the Office of Registered Organizations?
The Organization Fund Advisory Board (OFAB) is looking for your input on items that would be of good use to your RSO. OFAB determines how interest earned from the University Fund account is spent on items that benefit student organizations. In the past we have purchased “RSO Gear to Go” items such as tables, cash boxes, tents, raffle tickets, sports equipment, etc.
If you are bored and find yourselves needing something to do during the weekends or need to add a little excitement to your events, we would like to encourage you all to check out some the following equipment:
- Sauce Toss
- Spike Ball
- Corn Hole
- Kam Jam
- Volleyball/Badminton Set
Once a year, OFAB hosts an annual treasurer poll to receive input from student organizations. However, we are open to recommendations at any time. You can reach the board members at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For more information on OFAB and RSO Gear to Go visit us online at http://go.illinois.edu/ofab or stop by the Office of Registered Organizations at the Illini Union room 284.
Join service projects on Saturdays during the academic year to give back to the Champaign-Urbana community. Volunteer opportunities provided through Service Saturdays are easy-access and typically one-time projects. The projects are organized by either OVP, campus groups, or community agencies. See upcoming Service Saturday opportunities at http://go.illinois.edu/ServiceSaturdays.
