Tip of the Week
Tailor your cover letter if you want to land the job! It might seem convenient to create one strong cover letter, have it reviewed, and reuse it when applying to multiple opportunities. So why tailor? You want to show the employer that you are interested in them, specifically, not just anyone. And you want them to be interested in you, specifically, so you need to highlight the things that you can offer that they are looking for. Tailoring takes a little more time, but it can pay off big in the end. Check out more cover letter tips here.
