“My student interns helped me to see projects with fresh eyes, to try new things, and to be more productive." — Sarah Dolinar, College of Education

Sarah knows the value of interns. Her talented students have assisted with photography, writing news articles, and managing social media. And they received great experience and mentorship from a communications professional - right here on campus. Best of all, these students work independently, meaning Sarah's office gets more done than ever before.

Introducing the Marketing Communications Internship Cooperative

This new program matches qualified students interested in gaining marketing experience with staff who are willing to train and mentor them.

Students will have a valuable opportunity to learn through project-based and day-to-day operational work, as well as through periodic workshops, seminars and networking opportunities coordinated by Public Affairs.

Whether you have an established internship program or are starting from scratch, we encourage you to participate in the Cooperative. You'll benefit through access to a larger applicant pool, and students will benefit from a coordinated, centralized listing of opportunities.

To participate or learn more, visit http://go.illinois.edu/marketinginterns

Get in the game. Be a part of the Cooperative.
