Tip of the Week

Preparing for an interview is crucial to making a positive impression! A great way to prepare for potential interview questions is by brainstorming stories to tell. Think of those times you faced challenges that required problem solving, collaboration, leadership, initiative, or the application of technical skills. Then build your responses using the C-A-R method by telling a story that describes the Context (what was the challenge/problem you faced), Action (what you did; what skills you used to address the problem), and Result (what happened; how were you successful).
