A prize in the amount of $1,500 to facilitate study or research in Sweden in the Summer of 2013 or Academic Year 2013-14. To apply, please submit a 500-word application statement and include your most recent University of Illinois transcript (unofficial is fine). Ideal applicants are students who are have been taking Scandinavian courses, or who articulate plans to do so during their time of study abroad.
