Kuang-Yu (Donald) Cheng receives IEDMS Best Paper Award

Congratulations to Kuang-Yu (Donald) Cheng, ECE graduate student of Prof. Milton Feng, for receiving the Best Paper Award at the INternational Electron Device and Manufacturing Symposium (IEDMS) in Taiwan, November 18 & 19, 2010.  Donald was chosen, among 200 papers presented, to receive this award.
