ATLAS Reporting Services Fall 2009 Office Hours

We've (ATLAS Reporting Services) scheduled a round of Office Hours for the beginning of the Fall 2009 semester to assist with your reporting needs. All times are scheduled for room G17 in of the Foreign Language Building. The times are random and are as follows:


Monday, August 24 from 10am - 11am

Tuesday, August 25 from 11am - 12pm

Wednesday, August 26 from 1pm - 2pm

Thursday, August 27 from 10am - 11am

Friday, August 28 from 2pm - 3pm

Wednesday, September 9 from 1pm - 2pm

Friday, September 25 from 1pm - 2pm


Some examples of what is offered during Office Hours:

* Detailed lists of what reports are available from ATLAS, and what purpose each serves
* Advice on which reports might meet clients needs
* Instructions on how to obtain and use on-demand Atlas Reports
* Discussion of other data needs and how ATLAS could meet them

Note: If you have had to compile Excel/Word documents to manage your data, please bring these documents with you so that we may see how to provide the information in a more automated way.
