Symposium on Application Accelerators in High-Performance Computing (SAAHPC)

Foreign nationals must register by May 29

If you are not a U.S. Citizen you MUST register for SAAHPC 2012 by May 29, and you must fill out the Argonne Foreign National Registration Form/593, which you will receive with your registration confirmation email. This early deadline is necessary because SAAHPC 2012 is being held at a U.S. Department of Energy facility.

The conference organizers are aware that the May 29 deadline for non-U.S. citizens to register is before the June 13 acceptance notification date for submitters. Note that your registration can be cancelled with just a $5 processing fee untill June 26. This means that you can register by May 29 and then cancel your registration if your paper is not accepted, receiving a full refund (minus the $5 processing fee).
