Ehrlich presents research, discusses book at NYC conference
Professor Matthew Ehrlich discussed his ongoing research on popular culture's depictions of journalism history at the Joint Journalism and Communication History Conference in New York City March 10.
Ehrlich used the movie Frost/Nixon as an example of pop culture's complex portrayal of historical events, in this case the 1977 David Frost-Richard Nixon television interviews. Ehrlich also discussed his new book Radio Utopia: Postwar Audio Documentary in the Public Interest at a "Meet the Authors" panel at the conference.
