Harvard's pre-law prep program

Training and Recruitment Initiative for Admission to Leading Law Schools (TRIALS) is a partnership between Harvard Law School, NYU School of Law, and the Advantage Testing Foundation. It is a fully subsidized summer program for students of modest means whose backgrounds are currently underrepresented at the nation's top law schools.

Career Opportunities with the U.S. Department of State!

On Wednesday, February 17 career diplomat Brian Flora will conduct an information session on how to prepare oneself for a career in the Foreign Service, including comments on getting ready to take the free Foreign Service Officer Test in June.  Attendees are urged to give the State Department www.careers.state.gov website a good workout in preparation for the session. Dr. Flora, a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, will begin his presentation at 5:30 pm in Gregory Hall, Room 213. It will last approximately 45 minutes, followed by ample time for questions.

McKinley's Health Education Unit brings you these new relaxation exercises to access at your convenience. Guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing, and even instrumental music is now available with just a few clicks. Visit www.mckinley.uiuc.edu and look under "news." These exercises can be downloaded to a MP3 player or listened to right there on the spot. The exercises are being featured on McKinley's main page for now. I suggest you bookmark the page, but you can also find them on the Health Education main page too.
