University of Illinois alumni are invited to the June 27 Chicago Alumni Job Fair. This event is exclusive to UI alumni and graduates from other sponsoring institutions. A $10 nonrefundable fee prevents overcrowding and ensures quality and consistency. Register and view participating employers.

On April 18, more than 200 alumni, students and staff members from the University of Illinois attended U of I Day at the Capitol. These constituents from 142 districts met with state legislators on behalf of the University to advocate for stable funding and support for Monetary Assistant Program grants. Such was the advice bestowed on Illinois alumna Colleen Callahan by her father when she was young -- advice that she took with her as she moved from the family farm in Milford to the University of Illinois and on through a pioneering career in broadcasting, communications and public service.
