Six area studies centers at the University of Illinois have been selected to receive Title VI funding, with a commitment of more than $3 million for 2014-15, and an expected total of more than $12.5 million likely to support selected centers through 2018. The money helps fund initiatives such as the Visiting Scholar program (above) through the Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies . Visit the link to read the full news release.
