Willard Airport/Institute of AviationWillard Airport opened in 1945 in Savoy, IL, and is one of the largest and finest university-owned and -operated airports in the country. Today, Willard Airport is served by three air carriers that operate 26 flights a day. More than 250,000 passengers pass through the airport each year.
