Arboretum/Hartley Gardens The Arboretum's gardens, collections, and habitats transform 160 acres of the university's south campus farmlands into a 'living laboratory' for studies in plant sciences and fine and applied arts. The Hartley Selections Garden, dedicated in 1994, is the focal point of the University Arboretum.
