Are you aware of the research by Clifford Nass, the Thomas M. Storke Professor at Stanford University, who found that the better students rated themselves as multitaskers, the WORSE they performed at multitasking? These were young people who were asked to do "media multitasking." I share this science with my daughter who assures she -- unlike me -- can multitask just fine, but in this case she seems to be a science denier.
