Beginning on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 they will be offering tea ceremonies every other Wednesday at 5:30 pm. The alternating weeks will continue to have tea ceremony at 3:00 pm on Thursdays. Japan House hopes this will accommodate those who are not able to attend during the afternoon. This schedule will continue through June. Japan House will then be closed for July and August and will announce the fall schedule of tea ceremonies as we get closer to that date.
As always, reservations are recommended as these programs often sell out. You can make a reservation online by going to our website http://japanhouse.art.illinois.edu/en/. Just click your date of choice on the orange calendar and then 'register now.' You can also go to go.illinois.edu/japanhousetickets where you will find links to all our ticketed events.
