    CITES anticipates that unit support staff will have questions after the distribution of the LCDS2 (Lync Census Data Survey 2) in early February. CITES is planning several events for Telecom Unit Coordinators and IT Professionals that will assist in completing this survey.

    For Macintosh users, Communicator for Mac, available with Office 2011, is no longer supported and the system will now reject login attempts with the message shown above.

  • Help Desk Consortium - UC Support Sessions Scheduled for IT Pros and TUCs

    These hour-long sessions will cover a variety of support needs for units, as well as share common questions and answers experienced in the CITES Help Desk. All sessions are open to all IT Professionals and Telecom Unit Coordinators across campus, with no registration required.

    The Spring 2012 FAST3 training schedule has been announced with a variety of workshops to help you get the most out of your UC experience. There are plenty of options available for both Microsoft Outlook (email and calendaring) and Microsoft Lync (voice) over the coming months.
