Excalibur Award for Teaching Excellence & Silver Circle Award

The Excalibur Award for Teaching Excellence is awarded through AHS Student Council, this accolade recognizes faculty who have inspired you in the classroom. The UIC Silver Circle award is a campus level award and nominations are solicited from the entire graduating class to recognize the most outstanding teachers on UIC's campus.  The Silver Circle Award is for undergraduate teachers only.  If you are a graduate or professional student, your nomination will apply to the Excalibur Award nominations only.  AWARD NOMINATION FORMS ARE DUE BY APRIL 1, 2017.

Note: OT students skip this ballot as voting is done within your department.

Excalibur Award for Teaching Excellence Nomination

All graduating AHS students are eligible to submit a nomination for the Excalibur Teaching Award.

Please rate your candidate for the Excalibur Award by selecting the number which best reflects your assessment of the qualities of that faculty member.
