UIS Involvement Expo Fall 2013

Wednesday, August 28th
4:00-6:00pm
UIS Quad
  • Each registrant will receive 1 table and 2 chairs (table signs will not be provided)
  • Tables will be assigned as registrations are received
  • Electrical hookup is limited and not guaranteed. Preference will be given to student organizations.
  • Participants are required to bring their own audio/visual needs
  • The collection of money/sale of products is not permitted
  • Booth set-up will begin at 2:30pm; all booths are to be completely set up no later than 3:45pm. (failure to show by 3:45pm may result in loosing your booth)
  • Businesses are assessed a $50 booth charge. Payment must be received prior to booth set up. Non-profit agencies are not assessed a fee. Contact the Office of Student Life to arrange payment
  • Questions? For student organizations, campus departments, or businesses, please call 217.206.6665 or e-mail studentlife@uis.edu. All registrations must be received no later than Monday, August 14th. Confirmations will be sent via e-mail by Wednesday August 21st
