This research project seeks to understand how sports fans are using the Internet to stay connected and up to date with their favorite team and why fans choose to use the Internet to do so. This is a research project being conducted by me, Allison Musser, a doctoral student, and Dr. Jacqueline McDowell, an Assistant Professor from the Department of Recreation, Sport, and Tourism at the University of Illinois at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
