Tip of the Week

Make your resume scannable! Look over yoru resume for no more than 10 seconds, trying to notice the mos timportant pieces of information. Was that easy? If it was a bit tricky, ask yourself some questions to help make your resume scannable. Does your resume include quantitative elements that illustrate results you've achieved? Is it free of grammatical errors and as concise as possible? Does your resume reflect your experiences, skills, and achievements in a cohesive, legible way? A potential employer may only spend a few seconds with your resume at first. Make them count.
