The Illinois Early Learning Project is proud to announce it has completely redesigned its website to make it more user- and mobile-friendly for our visitors. Our new look includes lots more photos, easier navigation around the website, and the full integration of our Project Approach resources within the main website.

As part of our redesign, we have reviewed and updated much of the site’s content. We also have removed some of our older, out-of-date resources. Some of those resources may return later in a new, more modern form.

We’d like to hear what you think of our new site and any comments you might have on the new format. Feel free to contact us through our online form.

In her latest blog, Dr. Lilian Katz details a number of ways parents and teachers can help shy children become more comfortable in new social situations, such as entering a new preschool or joining play among peers in a new neighborhood or at a new play area.

The 2017 Sharing A Vision (SAV) Early Childhood Conference will be held October 25–27 in East Peoria, IL. This is a wonderful opportunity for networking, sharing ideas, and learning new information to use in your work with young children and their families.
