Tip of the Week

Tailor your resume to job opportunities by using keywords! As you analyze a job description, note the skills, qualifications, and language used in the posting and ensure that your resume directly addresses as many qualifications as possible. Updating your resume to include keywords included in a job posting can help you better reflect how your experiences and interests align with that opportunity, make your background easier for your audience to understand, and ultimately gain the attention of a hiring manager.
