BFAPA will be hosting "Meet Black Staff and Faculty" Food for the Soul on Wednesday, February 21st at BNAACC. A small panel of black staff and faculty will discuss these two positions on campus, check-in to see how students are doing, and share words of wisdom. Our panelists have been secured. All are welcome to attend and participate in the discussion.

Save the Date March 7th for Creating Your Powerful Resume & Cover Letter Session

Back by popular demand, BFAPA will again co-sponsor a Food for the Soul resume/cover letter review and career development discussion. Sparkle Sanders, from the Career Center, will be presenting some tips and techniques. We are still seeking more faculty and staff to attend and provide feedback to student participants. More specifically those attending will be asked to critique student resumes and provide pre-professional advice. If interested in volunteering your services please email cnsolomo@illinois.edu prior to February 23, 2018.
